Meditation

Tasters of various types of meditation are taught with theoretical components and practical applications including enhanced performance in job interviews, anxiety management and generally improving life skills and health, in an inclusive and friendly environment.


Meditation can be life-changing affecting all areas of life. Symptoms of IBS, insomnia, anxiety, depression, and many other conditions can be helped by meditation.

Improve your performance, productivity and creativity.


We do a variety of styles of meditation and relaxation techniques, including mindfulness, visualization. chanting, moving meditation and journeying.


We look at theory and practice. The aim is to give you the choice and options that best suit you.


Come and meet like-minded friendly people. Improve your mental .physical and social health.


Scientific evidence now shows empirically, how meditation can help with improving focus, confidence relaxation, as well as many other well-being benefits.

This is a new course we have designed as a response to the current situation regarding the Covid-19 crisis and the mental health challenges this may have stimulated or worsened due to social isolation.

In this session, we will work on ourselves and look at areas for transformation. How can we use this time to develop ourselves?

This is an educational and experiential event.

We will look at ideas from positive psychology, Holistic health and Mindfulness.

The course has been carefully designed with scientifically proven techniques and strategy, to build resilience and deal with an increasingly complicated world.

In this session, you can how you feel and have the opportunity to offer encouragement to the other uses.

Workshop facilitator-Paula Staunton has a Masters of Science in Transpersonal Psychology, Consciousness and Spirituality and a BA in Psychology. She is a qualified teacher for adults and has professional qualifications in holistic therapies. She has done many short courses in meditation and related subjects.
